How and where can I ask you some questions about what equipment is needed for doing power washing and paver sealing. This would be a new business venture. I was in business (completely different industry) for 34 years so I know how to run a business but I know nothing about this type of business and want to start out correctly not have ass it. This would be just for me as a side gig, don’t want employees so I will not need a lot of business.

Appreciate your video. I've seen so many people pushing the polymeric sand method, but my preference is to simply clean/prep my driveway pavers, brush in fine sand, blow excess off the surface, gently shower to tamp it down a bit, let dry completely, and then apply sealer. Probably not as long lasting or durable as other methods, but for a diy project, I think the sealer applied on top should keep things sealed up reasonably well. Am I wrong?

What nozzle are you using to post treat? I have been looking for something like that. Just starting my business.

How much of a difference did the tornado bar make? I run a 5.5 GPM 16 inch which I see they make one for. I was thinking about getting a bigger surface cleaner, what do you think would be faster?

Like you said, pretreat is quicker. We use higher %, low volume, low pressure, enough to stop over spraying. The customer is paying for the chem. Most of our gear is custom and modified to work for us rather us working to their designs.

Dig all the content, but, first thing above anything should be, never walk a tile roof unless you know how to properly walk a tile roof. Homeowners walk them incorrectly to put up Holiday decor or whatever. Tiles break, crack, slip. Be sure to note previously damaged tiles. I've walked 100's of these for Inspections, its not a little thing, its to be taken seriously. Water intrusion or even a slip injury is the problem with broken and slipped tiles and then your up there spraying water and chem. Just like avoiding or being careful around damaged siding or windows and also not getting blamed for the damage. Just my 2 cents. Much Respect!

Good stuff my man, have a question on that pump. I'm curious how far will that shoot if you put a shooter tip on the wand ! I'm asking cause I do multi story apartment complexes and I've had several with their AC units in closets on their balconies. The AC causes rust runs down the building walls. I'm curious in distance because I'd like to use this setup for oxalic to pretreat the rust. I could use my current Softwash pump but I'd rather have an independent unit so I can run both at the same time. Your feedback on this would be much appreciated.

Tried the dollar store La awesome deluded 50/50 and it didn't touch the tiger stripes or gray staining. Chomp is the only thing I have found that works

Off topic, I've watched your previous videos and noticed you utilized a 1.1GPM pump (used your bucket video for the build) and a 2.1 GPM pump. I currently use a 1.1, wanted to pick your brain on the 2 GPM pump and how you feel about it. Been going back and forth on moving up to the 2GPM. If you prefer the 2GPM would you be able to suggest a tip size that you prefer? Thanks in advance!

This video helped me with my first sealer job. Unfortunately, I was recommended the wrong type of sealer. I tried sealing a stamped and stained concrete patio with Silacast. Unfortunately, Silacast is a water-based penetrating sealer, and I should have used a non-penetrating acrylic sealer. Essentially, I should have treated the patio like tile. Now I get to re-strip and seal the patio. Hopefully, this saves someone reading this a few hundred dollars. Lesson learned.

My P40 has a built in remote within the trigger that kills the engine when my hand is off the trigger and vice versa and still has a bypass for added protection if trigger fails. The water tank also has a float switch that kills the engine when water is low. All preventing the kill of my pumps. Maybe it’s a good idea to incorporate these into your system.
