Would an airsoft helmet stop medieval weapons?
Don't underestimate medieval weapons. Swords, axes, spears, and bows have killed more humans in history than guns have.

Disproving the notion that heavy clothing can stop bullets. Airguns used in this video: Daisy Red Ryder Umarex S&W M&P 45 Co2 (.177) Crosman American Classic (.177 cal) Daisy Powerline 880 Did not feel the need to move up to the break barrels or 22 caliber rifles since it's obvious what would happen.
A .22 Caliber pellet cannon?!
Переглядів 2862 роки тому
Modeled after the real siege cannons from the American Civil War, this cannon gives you the same satisfying sound and the smell of black powder, firing a .22 caliber pellet relatively weakly but in a fiery blast.

Would a tactical bump helmet stop a pellet gun?
Переглядів 2402 роки тому
Bump helmets are meant to stop shrapnel, fragments, and falling/thrown objects. They aren't meant to provide any ballistic protection or protection against bullets. But the question is, can they stand up to small bore airguns? Crosman Pumpmaster 760 Overpump FPS Test
Переглядів 15 тис.2 роки тому
Overpumping the Crosman Pumpmaster 760 and testing it on a chronograph. You can get some pretty significant FPS gains from doing so, but at the risk of wearing out your gun faster. This was done with a stock, unmodded Crosman 760. I do not recommend overpumping your airgun on a regular basis.

Pellets vs BBs in the Daisy Powerline 880

Ballistic performance of pellets vs BBs in the Daisy Powerline 880. BBs don't necessarily give you more FPS than pellets in the same gun.

This was out of a Daisy Powerline 880. Out of a more powerful gun it might've shattered the bone on the second hit.
Would a Medieval Shield Stop a Pellet Gun?

It is well known that firearms led to a quick decline in use of shields. But would they have worked against smallbore airguns?

Try a BB. Not accurate but that's probably what they are using at factory
True.
Thanks for making this video. My whole life I wondered if pumping the heck out of my pellet gun actually makes a difference. It most certainly does. Great work.
try a hvauer projectile. Imagine throwing a rock thats too light. like a tiny piece of dust. it wont fo as fast or far as a medium sized rock. lighter isnt necessarily faster
They won't fit in the magazine of the Gamo Swarm X 22?
The manual that came with my 880 (30 years ago lol) stated the max fps was 685 with 10 pumps
Why not do more than 10 pumps when you are actually testing the gun? Lol.
That's not a sabot pellets...
Gamo letal are only for shot metal
Thats impossible
Next week he will prove you can fire a 22 magnum shell from a slingshot. PLINK💨💥
i don't know why people get the 1377 wen the 1322 gives u twice the power even tho it shoots a little slower and you can use it for hunting any small game , and if you want you can use lite pelets and it will shoot faster then the 1377 lolol speed isn't really the secret , momentum is a big part of the equasion ,, foot pounds or joules..the weight of the pelets is the secret.. and .22 pelets normalie weight twice of a .17 cal..
What about just 1 pump ? I guess if the pellet doesn't make it out the barrel you could use a cleanig rod to push it out.
Hi correct me if I am wrong, 6.4 Barracuda way less velocity than 4.3 Gamma Air stars... so here is hard question: I am indoor airsoft low velocity 5yard- target practice and need to "kill" the velocity if I switch to pallets/Crossman am classic... I tend to do one pump only, and use heavy 15grain pallet. Would that help? thank you very much.
It is worth remembering that it depends on the gun, Some can do close to a .22 lr, like the 6mm rossi's Beretta But most of them don't work for defense.
5.5 or 4.5 ?
Great analysis bro! 👍🏽
I can shoot six 7.9Gr pellets at once with 20 pumps. and it can easily shoot 3 at the same time with 10-15 pumps with penetration into a note book.
Super référence tres utile merci
Looks to me like zinc barely edged out the copper ones. That would make sense since zinc is slicker. "Lubricity: Zinc plating can provide lubricity, reducing friction between metal parts, which is advantageous in automotive and manufacturing industries." Not much from an airgun, but I'll take any advantage I can get.
you fools agter 8 pumps , the pump has a pressure relief valve for safety reasons 😂😂, pump 100 times, and get nothing more than 8 equivalent
Does the gun function with just one pump? What is the FPS please?
Probably about 125 to 150 Fps, depending on the seal condition and seating, At that speed you can petty much follow the pellet with your naked eye.
Human skin are too soft it will hurt for sure if he got in face it will be danger
I love the golden great video
Instead of climbing, shouldn't you have taken it back down to 16 pumps? Then 17? Then 16? Then 17? Then 16? Then AND ONLY THEN, 18? I thought you were doing science? If you want to do a burn up video IV8888 style, do a burn up video. If you want to test fps per pump, FUCKIN TEST FPS PER PUMP🤨 Nobody cares how tough the gun is.... Until the end🤔 GetchaHEAD-outchaAss
Is it ok to shoot bb s in the Crossman 760
Which is the most accurate out of the 880?
I like the Blue Arrows. And depending on what they hit, I have even been able to reuse some of them at least once.
I've only measured the speed of pellets from my Daisy 880 once but at 6 pumps and using a 7 grain pellet I got 601fps
Can’t beat it for $30 lmao
I do 8 pumps with the 1377 which I thought was too small of a caliber, but it was on sale. With fine steady of hand sighting I bump off invasive bird species Pidgeons, morning doves, and Grackles in this retirement community. I don't mess with the native birds of Arizona. Has plenty of punch for birds and small mammals/rodents. Robert at 69.
Thank you so much, this is literally the video i was looking for. I live in a country in wich gun carrying is extremely ilegal and this is our only option. Thank you for the valuable info
Dude finally someone who loves air guns like me keep going bro I believe in you👍

Excellent demonstration Video! I have the Gamo Swarm 22 cal, and yes that's a real powerhouse! Thank you!
Nice demonstration, I learned a lot! Thank you!

Loving it keep up the good work❤🎉
This gun, the 1377 and a Gamo 220 were my youth. Gamo was the big gun for destroying stuff but the Daisy and Crosman were super fun
I have both 1377 and 1322. I like to shoot into old hardback books to compare the penetration of various styles of pellets. Books are a very consistent testing medium for testing penetration. There are no knots or hard and soft layers like wood can have. I can count the pages to see how one pellet compares with another. The deepest penetrators in 22 that I have found are the .220 lead balls that a guy on EBay sells. I am pretty sure that he gets them from Ballistic Products in 8 pound jugs. Gamo sells .180 round lead balls for 22 air guns but these Crossmans can handle larger .220 balls for better accuracy. I don't know how they will shoot at distance yet but at 10 feet they shoot into one hole at the same point of aim as 14.3 pellets. I am still working on what is the best size ball to use in 177 Crossmans Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the video. I have a Daisy 880 same as yours and I new this would happen.
BB's go through steel cans easily at 50ft. Will open up some weaker can material.
I have a umarex .22 Strike Point custom pellets that explode on contact.
Have you ever been hunting?
I do not know that looks about 4 inches sick and the B. Abies are poking out the back. That will definitely put a hurting on someone. And as hunting It will definitely take down Birds like ducks goose, pigeons, pigeons, iguanas chickens. I don't think you should go hog hunting with it If you do you're not the sharpest tool in the shed
Iguanas aren’t birds… 😂🤦♂️
@@BestBBLinHistorylmaoooo 😂
That crossbow is an iteration of a Barnett Wildcat. Barnett started making them in the 80's and all these third party vendors like Manticore and Avalanche were making the same kinds of crossbows and over time the QC came to be fairly good for a sub $100 crossbow. Great frame, is really strong hits with a great punch at in home distances it would be a show stopper
Just buy 22 slugs at your local store gamo makes them
Thank you! Good stuff! Btw, I have the same chrono. There is a way to switch to fps, at least on mine that was purchased recently. Check your manual, and I believe it's just a matter of holding down one of the control buttons for a couple of seconds. Best wishes!
Is a gk1
I just bought one of these for less than $70 I suppose that's a good price. I bought it strictly for shooting BBs in my backyard and now I know three pumps will be good enough for plinking what I'm shooting at and every now and then a fourth pump if I put something out further. Thanks for the video :-)
