Beautiful hay! I'm down near Blount County. Looking at a David Brown...are they still ok to get parts for? Need one to bush hog around 12 acres of fields on my place. Found one, just worried about service and parts? Advice or tips on them? Love the look of them.

I love your content,, beautiful farm ! Your David Browns are awesome. You may enjoy this. I was raised on a 150 acre farm in western Maryland and learned to drive on a 1958 Ford 801 Select O Speed, Dad then bought two new 1966 David Browns, a 990 selectamatic 6 speed and a 770A selectamatic for me. When i graduated school in 1970 I moved on and Dad then sold the farm. The 770 then went in his garage until his passing in 2003, when I brought it to my garage. I may have the rarest non restored 770 in the USA with only 1750 hours on it. Its totally factory origional and looks new. I replaced the rear tires 5 years ago with new ( Like factory ) 12.4 x 28 Goodyears with the diamond pattern. the front Goodyears, diamond, are origional . The shifter boots and knobs look new and even the steering nuckles have the factory rubber still on them. Factory orange grill and porcelain muffler along with all correct 770 stickers/emblem. It starts and drives like a new one. Its parade quality and looks as if the David Brown dealer just dropped it off new in my garage.

I have a 2008 TN70A and they are very nice well Tractors. The only thing I don't like is, the dash is made of thin brittle plastic and cracks easy. Mine has 1600 hrs on it as well and have had it for 5 years.

new holland balers always seem to make inconsistent bales and yes worse in lighter crops , but its strange that we changed to a International Harvester baler and its much much better , yes you still get a few but not as bad as the New Holland , these short and long bales can be a small problem when selling hay off the field , some customers can be a bit picky when they see little short bales but I just give them a few extra

What can i do about a family that overgrazes land to a destructive degree, and abuses equipment, and gives no credit to workers and mechanics who try to help, and spends lots of money on unnecessary 'projects' like clearing and reshaping ponds and watershed? It was good before they did anything, now i see it worse off every season.

Believe it or not a lot of the bake deformities are how the baker is fed. A good baler operator can stay really busy trying to keep the tractor speed optimized to keep the feeder full

I've got a Ford 671 that leaked from the bottom of the axle housing that bolts to the rear end so that is most likely where it is leaking and you can find the seals at Steiner tractor parts there not to expensive.
