So with the beautiful build on these, are they still putting g that awful luan board in the drawer bottoms? I cannot understand why build the camper and talk about the wood frame and have that basically paper bottom.

Great product. We wish they made a 5th wheel with a garage. Ours was a 2019 29trx. Loved it. We just wanted a separate garage for toys.

I think fiberglass would require maybe less maintenance as long as you get up there twice a year and wash it with the car wash that has wax in it.

Nobody should have to put up with this and since this video was made two years ago it's only gotten worse in the RV market. 5th wheels, travel trailers & destination trailers are being made cheaper and cheaper every year. This is because the RV market is crashing and it's crashing because the product they push in bulk is garbage and everyone seems to have these same problems ... Of course the manufacturer and the dealer is aware of it and that's why they don't want to return calls, once they have your money this is what happens. If you were to search "RV problems" just here on UA-cam alone the pages would be endless.

We stayed at one just like that,, red tail campground in North Dakota just outside Teddy Roosevelt national Park. Be aware stay away.

Our camper had those “sturdy steps” and from day one they were a complete pain. First thing that happened was they cause my wife to bend our entry door because they were not completely down, this was literally day one of our having the camper. This was a continuous problem as they had to be completely down or the door would hang up on them and getting them back in the camper the door had to be completely 100% open or they would hit it. Additionally, All the dirt and water on them, unless you completely wipe them down gets put right in the camper. And the final straw was my slipping on the top step on day 1 of a trip, falling down them, and breaking my hand on the way down! Ruined the trip and 2 months of this summer for me! Installed the glow steps and absolutely love them! Couldn’t throw the old steps far enough into the dump, although that could have been because of the cast I was wearing!!

Also, I'll share something about those folks who are urinating in full view... We must not forget that some of the people out here camping are registered offenders (or unregistered) and many of these people are doing this on purpose! They are doing it because they know children might see and or anyone they can "shock". I hardly encountered it when I was in a van but now that I'm in a school bus, it is happening ALL THE TIME and it was even worse when the bus was still yellow. Video tape and photograph them EVERY TIME. If you can make it known that you're recording them, do so and then turn the footage over to the police. There are many people who take the time to be out of view but there are ones where it is obvious that they want someone to see or they are going out of their way to hope someone sees. It's pathetic.

We need to keep talking about this because it's getting worse and worse...

Hey 👋 ok I'm not tech savvy. I'm told I'm a boomer because of it and I'm only in my late 30s, but dude your lense. It makes it very difficult to see the real dimensions of the trailer. I'm not trying to troll you or anything, maybe you have a reason for using the one you are using, but I find it makes watching this video difficult.

You only hear the good about Grand Disaster. Anyone that has had major issues, has had to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). I had to. It's time the public gets educated on there junk. My 310GK was replaced on warranty. The biggest POS I've ever owned! Got rid of the warranty unit 9 months later. Still junk they put out.

Over 10k lbs on a bumper pull is insane. And your supposed to load in toys and camping supplies on top of that? I have a ram 3500 and this trailer weighs more than my truck. The axles are too far back. I wish they would make this into a 5th wheel. Wouldnt even consider buying it unless I had a 4500

You forgot to mention the long storage box in front of the dinette table and the long storage box on the outside of the camper behind the top step. Thanks for showing what’s up on the roof if you need to get up there for any reason. Love my 2024 990. I have mine on a single axle 1ton and a super hitch to pull my boat. Always looking for more storage, lol!
