@@qutatron Hey Qutatron! I would run the zones with either a Karna or Centurion SMG as I tend to find those the most down there, which is important as you will have to scavenge a lot of ammo. I also find a lot of FS55 LMGs too but it has a high wind-up time. My personal preference are SMGs though for high mag capacity and high fire rate. Hope that helps!

@@Lofty_o7 Thank You. So, I need to buy some stabilizers for my beloved Karna. I Agree FS55 is good only for opening cargo ramps or for sell. I personally like as well P8 SMG, in 4.0 is probably better than before, but my experience is mainly from PVE contracts.

Yeah I completely agree with all of your points. I'd like to see something like armistice being disabled only for the bounty hunter against their target, so it gets less abused. Walking up to someone at the commons and using melee takedown on them while shouting 'You're under arrest, criminal' is honestly a dream of mine.

You can already see this starting with Pyro, it is such a crazy experience at the moment and to be honest, has revitalised my interest in piracy and figuring out a decent game loop, or at least life as a criminal in the criminal system

I feel you bro, although you can do it with smaller ships now, check out a place on Pyro IV called Fallow Fields, it sells Weevil Eggs but they nerfed the sell price so you don't make a great deal but you can get 1SCU crates of it so I think you can make around 15/20% profit on the run to Stanton. All ships are locked by default if they are owned - you have to cause a certain amount of damage to a door for it to open. This only applies to ships with exterior doors so you can't break into cockpit fighters. It's janky but it's what we have until they decide to put hacking or laser cutting/lock picking in

There should always be a way for a smart player to either avoid pirates or get their target as a pirate. Most of the time, it isn't down to reaction times or desync, it's down to who is more aware of their surroundings. In 3.23, a lot of people were totally oblivious to anything other than the terminal at Rappel or Pickers, which made them easy targets. In 4.0, if I chose to be a pirate, it is now a lot easier as the loading cargo time has increased dramatically. Awareness is key to avoiding getting ganked.
