Service tech explained to me that with an app, tools and hardware, it can be disabled/reset. I forgot the details but it's not simple. The reason I asked is because they just put a new engine in my bike - under warranty - and I didn't want to ride a 300 mile round trip just to get the service light turned off by a Triumph Dealership - since I had planned on changing the break-in oil, myself. He said not to worry about the light because he had already programmed it to reset after 600 miles and afterwards the service light shouldn't start blinking until 10,000 miles. Today I noticed that both of the trip odometers were just a few miles beyond zero and the new engine also has 600 plus miles total. The rest of the bike is at about 38,000 miles...

I had it done at euro cycle in Reno Nevada. It cost about 800 for the install. That included exhaust, filter, a rear tire, and yes the USB key it came with to tune it I believe.

I think as long as it’s off when the bike is running is what matters. I would ask a triumph dealer just to verify.

I think the problem is the title - this is a first ride, this is a first look, this is a review of sorts - nowhere is that detailed in the title and I really expected just a 360 of the bike in this colour specifically (again, see title for why). For what it's worth the video is great - I think if you want bigger numbers - be more creative with titles and thumbnails.

Thanks for the comment. No it wasn’t heavy at all. It felt very light. Weights not an issue at all if you ask me.

I’ve always wanted to test ride a BMW. I haven’t gotten a chance. This bike for the price is not bad to be honest. It’s fun on the low end and feels solid.

@@jesseonamotorcycle go to a bmw dealership & ask, most are very willing. while they are excellent bikes they do have their flaws, any bike will, in the ADV segment they are some of the most comprehensively well thought out bikes on the market IMHO. (if you have not seen the dork's review, do so, it is accurate, as much as people want to hate on them, you cant after you ride one)

Maybe The Tires are To High@ psi, That CouLd Cause a JoLt ...s, The Rides maybe Better with Passenger, ? Or AdjustabLe The Gear Driven Cam iS The ☆☆☆☆ 😊Whine

just bought mine after a red-light runner took out my 2005 650 vstrom. I'm still finishing the break-in period but I can 100% agree this bike has tons of low end torque. pulls up very steep grades with a passenger at 2500-3000 rpm no problem. as far as the suspension goes It's stiffer than my previous ride but also fully adjustable. great bike with lots of features IMO
