This one's footprint is a tad bigger but it still doesn't eat up a lot of desk space. Its size and shape blends into the background nicely. This has a good size water container so I don't need to refill more than once a week. I use filtered (not distilled) water because cleaning up after our hard water is tough at work. I like that this has several settings. It's also very quiet. (I have a silence naxi in the next cubicle.) It also hasn't left that terrible while powder, so far, that some humidifiers leave. Been using this for a month or so now and am very happy with my purchase.

Thanks for the video! For anyone else watching, this thing is heavy! It’s awkward and difficult trying to get it up to mount it if you have a deep, short cabinet like line, especially with pipes in the way. I almost gave myself a hernia at one point. The best position I figured out was sticking my legs into the cabinet so I could get the best leverage straight-on.

Gross! Some people don’t even think to clean them. Same as your bathroom exhaust fan. Oven cleaner or drain cleaners work really well. No scrubbing needed👍.

Looks like you have a Vent-a-hood. I'd recommend periodic removal of the grease catch tray and cleaning that. You did a deep clean, which can be done less often if you are periodically cleaning out the grease catch.

I have and fight a losing battle to clean it. Out hood is from 1968, fan still works but from not being cleaned from then every time I change the filters I try to clean it more underneath but it never looks clean. It is painted. Thankfully it is underneath.
