I wish someone played this in a night club

The two behind MIRAR’s music and production is second to none. Fantastic Thall work. The only personally critique I have with MIRAR, is, I don’t think there’s much variety in the songwriting. Each song kind of sounds the same with variations off the same progressions. It all sounds good, but… I just feel like it all begins to sound like one very long song. Maybe the drum grooves are also not as dynamic throughout, as a lot of it is just straight dubstep style beats.. again, it hits hard, but if MIRAR somehow took these aspects to its sound and didn’t rely so much on the screech melodies and the same low key note for the groove, I would think the music would stick out more. Just kind of a one trick pony. People will think I’m hatin.. let them. I praised them where I think MIRAR excels… I just have my personal gripes with some of the songwriting in the end. 🫡

As a vocalist I personally disagree I think mirar doesn’t need a vocalist and the mirar songs with vocals I tend to go back to less. But hey that’s just me!

this album seems to incorporate a lot of what made 'Mare' special, but also adding in some dubstep and drum n bass elements that are quite unique. also, they used to have vocals on a couple singles, (ie Degenese) but I think I like this without vocals more.

Seems like they are taking more and more EDM influence, i just recently went and saw an EDM concert live, been waiting for this genre fusion ❤

There's no doubt that this is the heaviest shit I've heard but something doesn't really click with me with this band is it the fact they are instrumental or it's alot of the same sounds and the whole album sounds like one big wall of noise the highlight for me is actually the atmospheric orchestral stuff

Your opinion at the start was spot on. Imminence first EP and first album were really unique. Everything after was a lot more streamlined and more in line with current metalcore

As far as I know, the original tracks were all left exactly the same. The record was completely remastered to sound much more polished. Also all of Eddie’s vocals are 100% re-recorded. Sucks that not as many people are talking about this as much as i was hoping lmao, glad you decided to check it out

Dec 31, 2024 and this is still the best album of 2024🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This album is exactly what I thought a Vildhjarta album from 2009 would sound like. Thallcore lol.

I am so sick and tired of the Wage War Stigma hate. So unnecessary because the album is a banger from front to back. Because, if we’re gonna be fair let’s talk about the terrible, stale and bland production on the new Make Them Suffer album.

I can't get over the fact that the Balatro music is playing in the background. Which is Game of the Year, BTW. Counterparts had THE drop of the year. EP of the year for sure. I'm SHOCKED 156 Silence is on your "disappointments" list. In my top 5 AOTY, for sure. It was MetalBirb's #1 album. Wild. Linkin Park outside the top 10?!?! Sheesh. Overall not a bad list, man! The Balatro music tho is S-Tier.

Dude I'm honestly surprised Vola's album was a dissapointment for you it's personally one of my favourite albums of the year. It might not have hit as hard as Witness or Applause cause those are both amazing albums they did take the more melodic approach with this one. Songs that stood out the most for me are We Will Not Disband, Bleed Out, I Don't Know How We Got Here & Tray but the album as a whole yeah I wouldn't say it's better then their last two albums but still a pretty great batch of songs!

Finally, a UA-camr that isn’t salivating over 156/Silence. I’ve really tried to like People Watching but it’s just not doing anything for me. I feel it’s massively overrated

Thanks for speaking out against ronnie. It bothers me that many other youtubers push his projects while staying silent on his shit views that he constantly displays. Theres no place for that in core music.

For me 156/Silence took AOTY and SOTY by a mile (second place to Boundaries). One example of a band I really cannot see (hear) the hype is Invent Animate. Knocked Loose as well, I have a really hard time getting into his screams.
