Kinda seems like wright just wanna make people suffer with these buses.. down in Somerset we have a few streelite WFs and DFs their seating is appalling the bus feels like it’s coming apart when going over bumps and the engine just sounds like it wants to give up in life (these are the daimler variants btw) those Daimler engines really sound like they are falling apart especially at idle 😂

You don’t hold it on the starter too long as you overheat the starter motor but this driver has done the other extreme and not giving it a chance to start.

I can see why Dennis Developed and made the Enviro200 as a replacement for the ageing Darts 👌 Darts were one bus I grew up with being born in 91, always love the way their 6 cylinder engines sounded, The ones Arriva North West had were Marshall bodied but first had some Plaxton bodied dart's too, From what I remember, they'd frequently break down even when they were still fairly new, Don't know why they were unreliable though as the 6 cylinder Cummins B series is a solid engine, maybe it was the Alison gearbox or the electrics that caused their poor reliability, the Alison box sounded good though 👌

Also, make it low floor up and down and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more so there will be more space for the wheelchair users. By the way, if you could remake and Modernise these vehicles could they also make them into a Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LX and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW Version’s that if it will be possible and Modernise the insides of these Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LX and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW’s make it low floor up and down and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more so there will be more space and even a London Suburban Scania N230UD Enviro 400 MMC and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more. Det kan dere se for kjølevifta står helt stille (DEN typen der har oljetrykkstyrt motor som driver selve vifta, jeg MISTENKER sterkt at en føler bombinert med en slags bryter trolig er gåen på den der) DEN er en relativt grei sak å skifte, for den SER ut som et slags Rellee! (På noen må man faktisk inn UNDER bussen for å få bytta den, men jeg har også vært borti at dem kan sitte på siden av selve radiatoren) M.V.H Frode Valderhaug

Damn, the "semi-rural" looking area in this video really lets the driver cut loose on the gas pedal. I'm the Midwest US where I'm from, we might hit half of the 60 mph seen here (even on express routes). That being said, I don't think our buses could hit 60 mph even if you drove them off a 10,000 foot cliff!

Think that is just the engine warming up 9 times out of 10 on a streetlite for me it hasnt started on the first go.. just the usual problematic streetlite DFs

I have had to catch the 229 to heckmondwike, from Huddersfield which hasn't let me down once, however when I get to heckmondwike I need to catch the 201 to Leeds due to depart at 06.57, if it turns up on time it's a miracle,if it turns up at all
