I think Stockton depot have the 09 pulsars from Darlington but Streetlites what was arriva thinking of. One question is how many problems will they be probably a million of its a Streetlite even a Scania Omnicity is more reliable and they have the wrong gears for hill climbing and the engine on some of them over heat too much.
LVideo1000 There is no logic behind it. We have a 64 plate batch here in the West Midlands on routes 1/2/2E from Walsall to Cannock, and they are perhaps the worst buses I have ever used. They replaced 53 to 06-reg Cadets or Commanders, which were displaced to other routes, and they ride rougher than the older vehicles. They crash into every bump or pothole in the road, have rock-hard suspension, and have extremely jerky gear changes. When idling, they seem to be shaking themselves to pieces. To be honest, I would not be surprised if they are withdrawn after only 5-8 years’ service, possibly around the same time as the Commanders and Cadets they were supposed to replace. They’re so bad, if a StreetLite and either a Pulsar (normally 61-plate) or a Cadet or Commander were to pull up at the same time on the same route, I would take the Pulsar, Commander or Cadet over a StreetLite.
LVideo1000 Not a very good one, I'm gutted we are losing our 5 09 Reg pulsars over these, notso much the 61 & 13 Reg pulsars but even some of them had character about them. They've been very reliable vehicles on these routes over the last few years, there's just too many things to go wrong on these new streetlites its a disaster awaiting to happen.
Alex Jenkins I live in Cannock and these are the goddam worst piles of shite ever inflicted on the bus network there. Arriva are crap locally, badly maintained buses crap network. Totally circling the plughole as an operation. the 1 must be the only route to get its frequency REDUCED after converting to Sapphire
streetlites are absolutely terrible buses and very unreliable they grumble alot and have terrible accleration but loads of bus compaines probably because its alot cheaper than mmcs or citaros

The old Wright buses were so much better
I know where the 13 reg pulsars are going but I don't know where the 09 and 61 plates are going
The end is near for 4512 & the alx 300s
Wow what a nice driver you had lol
Overkill uk He was awesome!
Are all these new buses single deckers?
Blake Milner They are.
Beast 😂
Nice vid, just a shame about the Streetlite lol
Matt Moyes Cheers Mate, and yes it is a shame, I suppose I better get used to them though.😯
What sort of logic is replacing Pulsars with these terrible things lol :(
