Excellent talk on role of gut microbiome in heath and how dysbiosis affects every organ system. Sleep and circadian rhythm (biological clock) are also important to maintain EUBIOSIS. Need to avoid indiscriminate use of NSAIDs and antibiotics. DYSBIOSIS accelerates ageing. Very insightful talk. Lifestyle and diet cause EPIGENETIC changes through DYSBIOSIS.
