Meet our Global Alumni: Sarah Battaglia MPH '20, BS '15

Sarah Battaglia is from Tucson, AZ and is a graduate of MEZCOPH's MPH One Health program. Sarah is interested in applying systems-thinking and interdisciplinary approaches to emerging public health challenges. Her work in pandemic preparedness at Maricopa County Department of Public Health primed her to become a leader in their COVID-19 Response in 2020. Sarah is
currently located in Zurich, Switzerland where she is working in safety, preparedness, and response for an educational travel company. Her commitment to creating resilient communities drives her to make a positive impact worldwide.
