i wish there were more videos on this. how do you practice handstand when your head is exploding after 2 seconds?
Idk if my blood is too thin or what, but my face gets red immediately and I really can’t be upside down for more than 7seconds. Do you get used to it?

It's for conditioning, not to replace a bodypart workout.
This is one of my several complex exercises. I developed specific Chest complex as well; you could find on my UA-cams on Istvan Javorek UA-cam or on Steve Javorek UA-cam.
Im 63 have Osteoarthritis and do the crossfit exercises carefully. Its great and makes me feel better. Just be careful! Don't be a dumbass and don't let some young trainer push you to hard, tell them to back off

Hay Michael when you buy kettlebells do you buy 1 or 2 thanks
I use the kettlebells at my gym but 1 would be great to start with. If you want to eventually do double kettlebell workouts you can think about upgrading to two but 1 is totally fine to start.

Lol yea that’s some peoples opinion about a lot of LifeAid products. I personally don’t mind it
I do workout at home with a 10 kg pair of dumbbells but i never did CrossFit cause of their high intense and heart rate up felt like breathlessness and woozy just after a round whenever i tried...however there is always a question how do they train their biceps triceps and chest i mean is it just Push ups and pull ups?
If you feel like the workout is too hard, just take it a bit easier. In crossfit we can train biceps triceps and chest many different ways. Push-ups, ring dips, pull-ups, and yes push-ups.
Thats the whole point of crossfit. You feel like you are going to pass out or puke and quit ... until eventually your body adjusts to the intensity and you become super human never quitting pain machine with the determination of a navy seal. I went from being able to 2 pullups to cranking out 100 of them with no problem. But now I'm out of shape and fat again because I stopped doing it after an unrelated injury. Trying to find a compromise because I can't run due to the injury.

If I’d do it again I’d try to see if I could find a quieter jigsaw. They’re not made for this kind of stuff so that might be a challenge but this kind of massage guns can be pretty loud.

One thing I love about Mat Fraser is he carries a chip on his shoulder when he competes. He even confirmed it on the Joe Rogan show., You take all that doubt and negativity and people who just brush you off and you use it as fuel. Love that about him. Which is why he will always be one of my favorite athletes. ✊

i remember visiting a chiropractor with my mom when i was a kid. i remember seeing a black&decker turned into a precussion massager at their office. i remember thinking, "that's pretty smart." 20 years later, I want a percuasion massager... but searched for a video on like this because I ain't paying $300
That’s cool! Yea, my homemade percussion massager works just fine. It would still be my daily driver if I wouldn’t have been given a new one
