My "ASUS TUF GAMING B560M-PLUS WIFI" is Not Supporting 3200MHz (CMK8GX4M1E3200C16) I have 8GB of the same model.

Nope when i press F2 to continue it just shuts off after a while. I managed to get into the BIOS twice in completely wrong and random ways (once by pressing F11 to open boot menu) but then m flash wouldn't work Bios version is also reading "C.00" 😅 But the PC WORKS??? everything is fine except entering the bios but I kind of need that to adjust the fans and other things 🤔

Why did you disabled C-State? It controls all stages in voltage (Idle-Work-Boost) without it, there's no idle and you gonna pay more for electricity

My system works fine but the flash software is broken the last time i flashed the bios was 2021 i can still get into the bios just wont let me into the flash software i have a x570 edge can anything be done like a old school flash or a reprogram of the prom?

I have accidentally updated wrong bios. It's pro vdh plus but it updated itself and now pc work but often in reboot it won't boot then and then leave me with two options, either to leave pc for 1 hour or try clearing cmos few time. I tried flashing correct bios by mflash but it don't work.
