Hello Mr. Jeff, I have been following your videos for a long time. Excellent explanation and distinguished presentation, but I recently noticed someone impersonating you and stealing your videos and reuploaded them on his channel translated them into Arabic. Unfortunately, the translation is very bad. I think you should maintain your public image from tarnishing your reputation by stoping this bad translation by youtube copyright claims. I saw these links, which I think will be useful to you. Can u provide us with the book or slides?
Good morning, please feel free to email me at exsci.Institute@gmail.com for any questions. Thanks!
I'm still waiting for an answer to purchase the slides that Jeff Williams promised us. Is someone going to respond to me and tell me yes or no?
Please check your LinkedIn account. I responded there
Good knowledgeable video sir... Keep going sir
Great breakdown! I still need to review the principles of flexibility such as reciprocal inhibition and the others.
The relationship between overactive underactive muscles and Shortened and Lengthened muscles. When do I need to stretch/strengthen a muscle?
Good question. Overactive and underactive are synonymous with the terms shortened and lengthened. If a muscle is "overactive", then they would be in the shortened state. This means they are more contracted or stiff, so therefore they are more likely in the shortened state. And the opposite holds true for underactive and lengthened muscles. Underactive means they are weak and not as "contracted," so you end up with a lengthened muscle because it is lacking muscle action. So what do you do? Overactive/shortened muscles need to be stretched and underactive/lengthened muscles need to be strengthened. I hope this helps! Good luck!
Thank you DR. Jeff. I was struggling with what to learn and now I just finished the playlist. this gave me a real insight about the things I should learn. thanks again. This is my 1st ever comment on UA-cam saying thanks to someone. :)

Just remember Aerobic would be more distance running or sprints with very very short rest cycles.

Ok thanks
Thank you ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. It was all fun and games until chapter 7 😅
That’s usually about right for most people. Just concentrate on the key terms from there. People use index cards for memorization, test yourself, anything to keep the concepts in your head.
@@DrJeffWilliams thank you! I most certainly will do that!
Thanks a lot Doc ❤❤
Thank you!
