Savings rate is the most critical component of financial health pre-retirement. Last month our savings rate was 80% and YTD was 60%. If you want to retire early, you have to aggressively save!

I completely agree with you. I work remotely as well and will be able to achieve this but childcare won't let me. I can't wait for my kids to get to the school age. I buy clothes for my household during the seasonal sales, you get to buy good quality at a reduced price.

Don't mind the person, some people don't know that lifestyles differs. When I moved to uk in 2022 I do save 1000pounds from 1500 monthly ...budget to the last to sponsor rest of the family.
