In the short term, the only positive thing that will keep music creators afloat is the fact that is not legal to copyright AI generated content. It is public domain. This won't matter for UGC people making Instgram and TikTok videos, but if, for example, Coca Cola decides to use an AI generated song for an ad campaign, they will not own the song nor have the exclusive right to use it. While the AI content will get better fast, this scenario may slow down its adoption.

Sorry but to anyone who has decent ears this AI generated music sounds like crap. It sounds worse than the crap they constantly play on the radio and AI is learning to imitate. This is not music, it's a computer learning how to imitate some music styles. Remember one thing: when everybody will make the same AI generated music, an original artist will stand out, because he/she/they will be very different.

I checked this out 'if' you want to see how scary good his can be use 'Cha-GPT' o make a song 1000 - 2700 words in what ever style you want - copy the song go back into 'Suno' select 'custom' in the top left of the screen paste the lyric's and down the bottom input type/style of music and vocal + instruments to use in the song it becomes Insanely! easy and close to what you want!

I always composed a little bit weird, a little bit harder to achieve for an AI. What we call AI is statistics in a very granular way, there's no real creativity....

Ran unmix crowd, music, instruments including drum kit elements (Kick, Snare, Cymbals and Toms) on a 40 year old bootleg. Not perfect but very, very good. The next step will be to try the 'transfer' function where you find, say, a lead vocal that is in the 'Crowd' stem and graphically lasso it and transfer it to the Vocals track. No so quick, but should sharpen the stems up enough to basically remix a dirty, tape 'master' recording into something more balanced and listenable. A great leap for Spectralayers, and the next version should see them out of sight of the competition. Cool Vid Paul, thank you.

very good video regarding ( add this as plugins in Nuendo ) I think if they take a new path will be even better like enabling direct offline processing, and add these modules inside proceses will be something huge as most of these modules are not made to run in real time and they can also improve the experience of direct offline processing to make it easier to work with
