As much as I absolutely loved Chester i was also deeply disappointed when i heard he took his life. but he had adoring fans, millions of dollers, talent on another level and a wife plus 5 kids, sorry but there are people in the world that wake up every day with not even a clean drink of water, i just find it a little selfish

I started listening Linkin Park after we lost Chester, and I was broken when I found out how he died and the situation he was in. I relate to his situation so much.

Thats a messed up thing with depression, the person wants to help everyone but he cant ask for help or take help beacuse he thinks that everything is done every mistakes made there is no way everything going to be alright. They lost all the hope, passion, interest in living.. I too feel that but im a lp soldier got a fight.. I am also one more light like everyone else here.. I will be happy and i will shine bright.. And chester taught me that rip angel ❤❤❤

When I heard that Chris Cornell had passed, I was so, so sad and crying for months. Then when they announced that Chester passed, well, lets just say I never really got over it.

The interview where he says that "he should not be in here", i forgot what it was for right now, but that one sticks with me. The host laughing in response? I just hope that was like an awkward laughter kind of response. I just think that shoulda been when someone stopped him and said "do you need to talk?" Chester was screaming out... but through his depression and his demons, meaning he did so through lyrics and 'jokes'. I've learnt/noticed since Chester that this is THE BIGGEST warning sign with depression. And I can say that because that was me until my attempt in 2020. Thankfully for me, I found the tiny slither of hope inside me that then led me to finally get the right help. Please... don't ignore those signs if you see it in someone you love. Please
