Dual Battery Kit for EBike. Haoqi
Dual Battery Kit for EBike. This how to video will show you how I installed Haoqi Dual Battery Kit on the 16 Ah version of the Haoqi Cheetah EBike adding an additional 9Ah battery to the system for a total of 25 Ah. Upgrade EBike Battery.
To obtain one of these Dual Battery Kits contact Haoqi Customer Support vip@haoqiebike.com or Phone (833) 686-5581. Please let Haoqi Customer Support know you saw the kits on my UA-cam channel, Explorer 867
I have owned the Haoqi Cheetah, Electric Bike for three months and have put 126 rough off road, overlanding, back country miles on it. The Cheetah has met my expectations for comfort, motor torque, good build quality at this price point, dependability, and a solid feel going down the trail.
The bike is 73 pounds with the 16Ah battery, has a 5-speed pedal assist and an estimated range of 35 - 60 miles but the range depends on how much you pedal and the type of trails you ride. I personally found that on mountain dirt trails with moderate incline, with me peddling 15 percent of the ride I got 23 to 28 miles from a fully charged battery.
It's a great E Bike for the average to mid-level trail rider, easy to handle as its well balanced, bike has 26"x4" knobby tires that grip the off-pavement trails quite well, and work on pavement as well.
The frame is 6061 aluminum, has been well designed and has quality welding.
The motor has a surprising amount of power (175 watts and 90 NM torque) this matched to the Shimano 7 speed gearing and pedal assist was enough to propel me over the moderate to rough mountain trails.
The seat is comfortable, but I think I will buy a suspension seat for more comfort.
The Cheetah has good hydrologic brakes with 180mm rotors, and excellent stopping power.
The charger that is included with the Cheetah is a 2A smart charger. The charge time is 6 to 9 hours.
Overall, I'm very happy with the Haoqi Cheetah and do recommend the bike. I'm 66 years old and I have found this bike a good match for my moderate off pavement trail riding.
Haoqi has good and responsive customer service!

I think I would not buy all the electric and solar stuff, I would use a Buddy heater and some 20 volt fans and lights and if I wanted to have AC I'd buy a generator or plug into 120 . Do it cheap and now you're camping! LMAO 😉

I might get a 97 f250 crew cab short bed 2wd 7.3 diesel. On a trade for my race car/old daily driver 2003 Subaru WRX. If it works out I want to find a bed cap like that and do something very similar for me and my son to start camping together. He's almost three so it's prime time to start taking him fishing 🎣 I can't wait for the memories we're going to make together. I also have an R50 pathfinder we did a ton of work too Including all new suspension and all terrain wrangler tires. The little suv is so much more capable than it's been in a long time. Rear seats fold down so we can camp in there as well if the truck doesn't work out. I wanted to do a small cargo trailer conversion build but I don't have anywhere to keep a trailer right now so all though cool and fun it's not really gonna work out how I wanted it to. Some day I want a small camper trailer. Like a 20ish ft pull behind camper. Some day 😂 we live on the Gulf of Mexico in Texas so a small aluminum boat is much more useful than a camper for us. With all the crazy flooding and weather in our area I could save us in a hurricane Harvey type event if we had a small boat. Hurricane season this year is supposed to be eventful 😢

The Goodyear tires have a service life of 6 years according to Goodyear tires website depending on accumulated road miles. The tires on my trailer were manufactured on the 22nd week of 2020 thus l still have 2 more years of service life left. Other factures that influence tire life are accumulated milage and sun/weather exposure. My trailer is well within tread wear limits, and given that it's always stored inside when not in use tires have minimal exposure to the suns uv rays. Thank you for your concern for our safety and have a great day 🤠

Actually, not all these are the same. This controler works with two different motherboards. And there are more settings as well not mentioned. This controler is capable of slowing pump speed to .8cps , not just 1.4cps. But you have to go deeper into settings to do this. Press * to enter time setting. Keep pressing OK until ____ 4 empty code comes up. Enter code 1688 to enter dealer settings. Off1 is timer start off2 is timer stop. Next is pump speed. To lower pump speed to lowest .8cps sett down arrow. But this will not fully work until next OK setting which is maximum pump speed. For some reason, pump will not achieve .8cps until max speed is reduced to 3cps. Why I don't know, because the original basic controlers you did not have to reduce max speed, but with this new controler it was the only way to get lowest speed. Next OK setting is minimum fan speed. Unless you are using on a high mountain, don't change this, or the next setting which is max speed. These settings change fuel air ratios. You don't really want to change these. Next OK is 12v or 24v. Next OK is 1 or 2 magnets on fan assembally. Next ok change entry 1688 code. You must keep pushing OK until all coding is finished for setting to be memorized. The new blue controler and motherboard only have 6 heat speeds and it's slowest speed is 2cps which is way too fast and too hot for smaller area to overheat. Plus 2cps burns far more fuel. 4l in 24 hours. You must have original mother board for all this to work. The newer boards will not do this. This controler can be used with both mother boards. Newer board can be identified by big plastic "H" channel on parts side of board. I find the lower speed setting much more useful when temperatures are mild 0°C to 15° otherwize it becomes too hot in cab.

This is a great build and a great explanation of what works for you. I've had my 6 x 10 v-nose trailer for years now and have left it as just a shell because it had to serve as my main storage solution for my motorcycles. Now that I've been able to build a garage I'm scouring UA-cam for different conversion builds that will still allow me to haul a bike or two to events but add some comforts for the overnight stays at tracks or rallies. Up until now It's just been an air mattress on the floor of an uninsulated metal box with limited ventilation. Your Spartan design as you call would give me just enough amenities to be comfortable but still have that utilities space when I need it.

I have a F250 truck bed trailer with almost the same canopy. Want to build out the same set up. Do have any dimensions on the the wooden boxes you made? Also how is it secures in the bed?

Do you know, is possible to use heater only as fan? In summer, for air circulation and cooling. Thank you.

I don't believe it's possible to just run the fan. Pick yourself up an O2-Cool fan. Check out my video review of it. Please like, subscribe, let others know about our channel on your social media. Have a good day 🤠
