If your like me and kind of hesitant to weather your models in fear of MASSIVELY MESSING UP!?!?! Then this washable method of weathering is perfect for you. Just remember to go heavy on the weathering because after an hour or two it slightly fades. Don't like it? Wash it off and start again. Did it perfect and want to keep it? Spray a clear coat on it. Enjoy!

After operating my railroad recently I discovered a problem with my turnouts. I really did not want to rip up my scenery and roadbed to fix the problem so I found a solution to minimize damage to the layout. Atlas code 80 #6 left and right turnouts.

This section of the layout was originally planned to have a resort town named Sandy River. That plan has completely changed and now this area is designated as a "loading" area for a nearby quarry as well as a cement factory.

Big changes at Mustang Creek. Got the foundation set for the hillside tunnel overhang thing. Filled in all the gaps to get ready for scenery. And moved the lumbermill to a better spot with some loading track.
