I went back to Biologique Recherche this spring, I have a variety of serums, my favorites are: Elastine Pure, A-Glyca, TEWL and Colostrum-Since I'm trying out the Augustinus Bader, I am not using a finishing serum-I know it says to not use any serums under, so I am testing out certain days if I can tell a difference-I have gotten a couple BR facials here in Chicago at the Peninsula and the last time I was there I was told to not use the Vivant weekly, that it's too drying for my skin, so maybe 2x a month if that-I too love the Vernix, great on flights, I top that with the Omorovicza Spray Oil mist and no dry skin on a plane-Still trying out the Dermo-RL cream, it's to be one of their most hydrating-It does make my face soft without heaviness/tacky, unlike the Augustinus Rich Cream-One of my favorite creams to make you look like you had work done is the Creme ADN Elastine Marine Collagene Marin...I think I will buy that one again soon-I like to mix that with the serum TEWL...as you can see I love this line :)
Oh my goodness Tristan! You are a wealth of knowledge and I love this info!! I am having a hard time waiting to get serums but thought it would be best if I waited for my facial at Rescue Spa in NYC. BUT... now I am wanting the Creme ADN Elastine Marine and the TEWL!!! Thank you so much for sharing and you also seem to like the Omorovicza line.... I think we have similar tastes! xoxo

I’d hold off on serums...not worth wasting money until you are told what your skin absolutely needs-Toska Spa has this device from BR that measures hydration/health (her spa is a brand ambassador for the line) I used to use Omorovicza, now I only use the newer spray that came out-
Hi Tristan, I hope you don't mind me asking but how old are you? I use the BR line as well and I'm only asking because I wanted to know if you stick with certain products that are in your age range. I noticed the BR line describes a lot of their products by your age group and I was wondering if that really matters. Thank you
@@alexishenderson8655 Hi there-I am 41, however I will say I don't think one brand can have everything a person needs-Just b/c something works for one person and their skin doesn't mean it will work for another-Not everything in the line blows me away, as well right now it's hard for me to find the right moisturizer from the line for my dehydrated skin in the winter, spring/summer/fall I am fine but in the winter it's an issue- Now I did have a facial this year at the Peninsula Spa here, which sells BR products, and I was told that age and the products don't equate-So I shouldn't be using something for mature skin/aging skin if my skin isn't there yet for it in a way "tricks" the skin to not know how to age/process on it's own when it finally gets to mature-So heavy products for aging aren't needed for me right now- I think what is key for me is to not have product overload...just the essentials that work and NOT get tempted from Instagram feeds or videos...so hard right?!?!? ;)

The company claims that the baking soda causes a reaction to bubble up and remove debris from your pores: removing and preventing blackheads. If you were wondering a year later haha.

Tired of spending money on skincare that did nothing, or very little, even though they were good lines. Discovered your channel and uh-oh.......I have ordered products, albeit a few at a time and so far love this line. Unfortunately, they are out of alot right now. So enjoying ALL of your videos, not just Biologique Recherche. You have gorgeous skin!!!!

Hi Abby, Are you using retina/tretinoin as well? If so, how are you incorporating it? I’m having a hard time figuring out when to use it with my P50V lotion. I’ve tried AM lotion / PM retina, but my purging seems to be exacerbating. Thanks!

While applying the Masque Vivant on my face, it felt like I was spreading cream...with tiny piece of glass on my skin??? IS THIS NORMAL? Is it the active yeast? WTHECK is in this stuff? Someone please explain?? I am a bit confused!!
Oh no! So it should not feel like tiny pieces of glass on the skin. I would go and wash this off ASAP if you are feeling that. It is an active mask - with yeast! I have to put MASK VIP 02 on first and then use Vivant on top because it is too active for my skin directly. I also mix a bit of Vip 02 Mask + Vivant together and layer it on top of my VIP02 layer. I hope this helps but I would definitely wash off ASAP if feeling like it has glass particles in it. xoxo
I am a Biologique newbie but this is quickly becoming an obsession. Just ordered my P50 in the new formula, since I'm preganant. For a 41 year old, with somewhat dry skin this winter, what cleanser do you recommend? I was considering the Lait EV, but perhaps the VIP 02 is fine too? I'd love your opinion.....
It is so easy to become addicted with this brand! I have yet to try the Lait EV but that is on my list to try next. I love the VIP02 but I think the LAIT EV might be the best bet for you. I believe it is the gentlest formulation of the 3 cleansers. I have use the Lait U and the Lait VIP 02 and probably prefer the 02 a bit more but honestly- they are ALL GOOD! I don't think you can go wrong with any of their milky cleansers. I hope this helps somewhat. xoxo
