This is the first video of yours I’ve seen and I loved it. Personally, I much prefer it when creators of any kind explain what they are doing. Your voice and English are wonderful so there’s no need to be self-conscious.

I know you asked the question a year ago now but I totally agree with this comment (except I've just watched the little room video and loved it). Your attention to detail and the ability to make 738 tiny little books!! leaves me speechless! Your English is great and a little explanation here and there (doesn't have to be all the way through the video) would be great - and save you having to type a lot of replies. Your music is great too. Thank you!

This project looks great. The individual books look very nice and I think the effect is worth the extra time.
In my opinion you should speak as much as you feel comfortable with in your videos. This style is relaxing to watch and your English was easy to understand so more talking is fine too. I really enjoyed this video.

Great video! The combination you create with chill music and your building makes it very watchable. I think you have a great voice, & your English is excellent. I know that it can be difficult to find the right word sometimes, but you could always edit out any mistakes later or leave them in--you're human & mistakes are part of learning. Alternatively, you could type up an FAQ with answers to the most frequently asked questions you get about your techniques and building supplies and link to it in your videos. Then you could just talk about special techniques used on the specific project featured in a video. Whatever you do, please keep making these videos. I am so happy to have found your channel.

Hi! Your work is amazing and inspiring!!!
I think your English sounds great to me!!! So, no need to feel self conscious) some explanation would be helpful- especially for materials; however I really enjoyed the relaxing music and just watching you work. Text was helpful!
    1. My questions: what material are you using for the walls (outside structure)?
    2. What material are you using to wrap the book covers over, was that same wood as shelves?
    Many, many thanks!!!

You could try out both. An intro or outro with explanation of your materials (/etc if it's not too complicated). I found this current style a bit refreshing, nice music to listen to while watching the processes happen, since I also watch North of the Border and he's full of entertaining commentary. (Also how I ended up finding this - I looked for Book Nooks after watching two of his videos, and when I saw "Library" I went yas.)
I also have to say, this makes me kinda want to try and make a portion of the Sharlayan Library from FFXIV lol

When I saw this nook I thought it was a life-size nook as I just came from my friends house today who I haven’t seen in a year and he built one in his house and it looks almost identical to this. Anyway, I know that English is not your first language but you speak so beautifully and have an incredible voice and I would love to hear how you describe some of your processes of what you are doing. Please don’t be self-conscious as I think this is an adorable quality. Anyone who can take on other language other than their native language are very brave. You should hear me speak Spanish. I am very self-conscious but I still try.

But as someone who spent a lot of time in the last few years talking with a plethora of different Germans, from young to old, I have to say that your English pronunciation is very good, and while it's obvious that it's not your first language, and you haven't mastered it yet, it doesn't form a hindrance in the video.

Talking is good... just the right amount, and your English is truly excellent!

I noticed this post as I thought it was a full-sized book nook within an actual house, so thought I'd like that in a section of my home. Yes I was completely fooled at first glance. LOL I want to shrink down and live in a place like you constructed, of course, I will require some real books! About 500 should do nicely. Your work is truly amazing, you will soon be hired by Wes Anderson or someone like him for cinematic work no doubt. As to speaking, this vid had just the right amt. & a nice human intermission. It is nice to see & hear the artist behind the work. Thanks for doing what you do. It is comforting but super creative.

First of all, this is my first video I watch of you, and I really like it. And to answer your question about the talky part, you should do what feels best for you. It is your channel after all.
