So I did this with my game on a MUCH smaller scale, with maybe 10-15 active players. I pushed builds multiple times a day and the sheer volume of feedback I got helped me make the game wayyyy better
Same for my main TT game the total amount of people who have played it is less then 20 but their feedback was enough to fuel development for 4 years and many overhauls.

Very interesting stuff Adam. Your CICD approach seems intriguing, I just imagine you'll need to worry about corrupting existing save files on deployments. It'd dissolve all the time efficiencies if they had to start over every time. I imagine your save configs are simple enough, though. I wouldn't want to try this with a 4x game lol.
make sure to get a few speed runners to brake your game... in a good way.
They will not brake, only accelerate it
U dont really have to find them, they'll just find ur game themselves and speedrun the hell out of it.

Please make the controls a bit pc friendly on release. For some reason i also feel my eyes hurting or not being able to compute all that information when I run across a town so hopefully that gets fixed also. Will love to buy the game.

hello, I tried downloading arrowbound but the playstore says my device isn't compatible with this version 🤔
Also are you going to do reveiw copies for press? If so where do I sign up for the press list? And if not why? I've litterlly played pre-ahplas of games that were bearly different from the stock game enige assets and tech demos that were ground breaking... Like don't be shy.
I'll be honest here. Without a team, this game will either flop or never see the light of day.

I honestly don't get why you don't release the indev first chapter on itch.10 and update it once a month... Like you can get a lot a resualts by doing that and many games have blown up to be major steam hits from just releases indev builds on itch.10... I for one don't hold back my playtesting at all with my RPG maker and table top games and do that and go inperson to a local TT store to test with TT old hands like it was any other game.... Which my earliest was pre-alpha where the basic combat and character creation and RPG machics was in the game and I whent to test... that adavture lasted like 4 months of 6 hour sesstions once a week.... Maybe a video on why you've chosen to hold back playtesting is inorder?
I don't think real time testing is a good use of your time, you're going to be deploying it to such a niche group of people
