Just finished another cardigan that came out really good that used Slip Stiches,, alternating with Double Crochets. I was going to alter it using just one stitch all the way through and came upon your cardi - which is exactly what I was going to make! thank you.
So glad you found me! Wow that's really interesting because I actually have an upcoming project that uses a slight variation of that stitch called the crunch stitch (uses slip stitches alternating with half double crochet stitches). Thank you for your comment! 😊
Hello, i just fiund you and love everything i have seen, i have a question why no buttons or belt for closure, just wondering another question can you design a cardigan with a shawl collar for a young man, i have 7 grandson/god sons that i have been searching for a good pattern and your way is so durable for me as a woman/child just hoping you can do one for a young man, THANK YOU
Hello @annielee3821 - thank you so much for the kind words! I personally prefer cardigans without buttons as I find them more stylish (my personal opinion) however, I won't rule them out. I'm also open to learning how to make clothes for men too in the future, however, right now, my expertise and focus is in women's and girls' clothing. You've definitely given me food for thought though so I will keep your request in mind for my project roadmap. Thank you again for watching 🤗
Hello, thank you for the comment! This sweater cardigan was made to measure, so if you want to replicate it, you would increase or decrease the number of chains to make it longer or shorter, and you would increase or decrease the number of rows to make it tighter or larger. Similarly, for the sleeves, if you want them longer or shorter, you would increase or decrease the number of stitches; and if you want the sleeves looser or tighter, you would increase or decrease the number of rows. In the description box, I included information on what to measure. I hope this helps!

This is a beautiful sweater. I was just wondering what size it is or do you just extend the body length to fit? TIA
