The scarf over the baseball cap reminds me of the holes in Regina George’s tank top in Mean Girls… And in this case, if it wasn’t Hailey Beiber, everyone would think it was a crazy homeless person.
That hat scarf thing looks odd I think. Stuff celebrities wear but don’t translate to everyday. Looks like she couldn’t decide and wore both and maybe should have worn neither. Just my opinion only but I think that couple tries too hard to look like they’re not trying and it often just looks bad. I love scarves though and have many. One of my favourite accessories.
