@@jacquelineturbitt5509 ooh that would be a great use for them! I was just talking about the Neurographic live stream that you inspired (can’t believe that was 2 years ago now), with patrons yesterday!
I absolutely love the flower painting, it's stunning! I ordered these via Amazon a while back, and they just recently shipped because they were out of stock for so long. Excited to play with them. I'm new to watercolor painting, you made that flower painting look so effortless! I wish I could be that talented, If I tried to do that it would look like a 2 yr. old did it lol - but I'm just having fun, and I looove watercolors. Thank you so much for the thorough review! r
Glad you liked the review. As to the flower painting I have to admit I thought it was a hot mess right up until it dried, I walked away and then came back. Now I don't think it's as bad as I originally thought, which just goes to say we are always our worst critics, I encourage you to give it a go!
I love these! I ordered my set from Marker Supply, a small business based in Nashville, TN, USA. I don't know if they ship internationally. They shipped quickly and I received them really fast! I'm going to experiment with using one separated color with a different aurora separated color. They're so fun! ❤
I bought these when they first came out, before I started seeing reviews about them everywhere. Your review was more thorough testing out the various ways to bring out the granulation/color separation than a lot I've seen. I love the florals that you did.
Beautiful flower painting 💐 They sort of look like a fluorescent dye based paint with a heavily granulating pigment. I'm intrigued about how they got that effect!
I have every colour of the Gansai Tambi, and I love them all. These are amazing for abstract. I saw someone on you tube, paint sea creatures with these and they were astonishing. I wish I could remember her name. These paints are fun and useful.
I believe I saw that too and if the same video, I agree stunning. She did wide spreads in a sketchbook of different colors with all sorts of sea creatures.
I wanted them. At first they were 50.00. But now they are half that price. I got them today and you showed me what is possible. I hope they come out with more colors.
I'm sure with as popular as these have been, new colors could be a possibility. I would love to see some more earthy colors, those would be fun in landscapes!
thank you for this. alot of the other videos I've seen I believe are using hot press or cellulose paper and don't get the granulating effects as strong as yours. My set is due to arrive next week! love the separation too! Aurora Blue my favorite in your video. love the technique pushing the paint forward to get the color separation!
Wow! I was very hesitant till I watched your video. I think I love these. You gave them a good workout. And yes to all your demo suggestions. I would use the Orange for fall leaves. I wonder what would happen if you mixed them together? Cool or muddy. Thank you for peaking my curiosity
@@denisespillane9242 oh you’re welcome and now I’m like how did you not think to mix them together?! lol next time I will have to try that too! Thanks for the suggestion!
The orange would be cool for painting red orange lichen on rocks or australia's red centre. all for painting gem stones or painting clothes fabric etc you could create folds so easy so fun
I absolutely love these paints, for me the only issues i had was when using masking fluid & you erase the masking fluid you also remove some of the paint that was laid down also unfortunately
It would be interesting to use them for a Neurographic art piece

Best review I’ve seen❤ I especially like your dots!
I have these but they are unopened 😂
Oh thank you! I hope it was helpful.
I think these would be really cool for hand-lettering…imagine all the cool blends & shading you could get in each letter!!

These would be super fun for people that like to doodle or Zen tangle on watercolors. My favorite is the orange. Very thorough video, Angela!

Good to know, I have not experienced it removing paint too on me before. I will have to keep an eye on that.
