This was aimed for beginners!
I must say that no. 4 and no. 9 can give some room for irony /sarcasm. It only depends on what you think about these people's intelligence...
For example, if you think someone is an idiot you can say that "X is as sharp as a blunt knife". So it's only about perspective. And a a little bit of humor... 😉😈😂
