6:21 Good Lord. Those pyrotechnics, James voice and the audience goddamn ROARING the lyrics. What a performance. This is like Seattle 89s less successful little brother who is still a nicer guy.
Always liked this version because of that bit in the breakdown before the double kicking part where Lars uses the symbols to build it up. Also the 2 count kick at the end followed by a big held out power chord. \m/
The sound from the instruments sounds great with the acoustics of the stadium the bridge verse transitions you know the nice medley part sound special what ever eq and configuration they had matched with the acoustics of the stadium that night mixed with the feeling unique each gig with live shows sounds great newsteds bass sounds great throughout with the guitars Love this live version of one have done since young the song that got me into Metallica Viva Metallica
The song "One" was based on the American novel "Johny Got His Gun" about a Canadian soldier on the western front of WWI having his legs, arms and jaw blown off by a landmine. His entire body is covered with bandages, and only a part of his brain functions correctly and keeps him thinking, as he slowly realizes he is a wreckage of a human and begs god to end his torment.
I think no better metal song will ever come. This song has it all. Good drums, solos, riff, slow parts and everything is spot on...
Best version of “one” I’ve ever heard.

This is the best version of One in existence
Cool.
I was looking for exactly that 🤘
Tuve la fortuna de estar presente en ese concierto todos mis recuerdos se irán conmigo a la tumba
one of the best shows
greatest tour ever too \m/
This is how concerts should look like, no Smartphones at all shining in the dark!!
This entire show kicks all kinds of ass, perfection incarnate if you will. Mexico you just got the Metallica treatment in absolute perfection!
Back then nobody even came close to Metallica. They were freaking amazing.
The best concert ever!

James is such a good frontman. One of the best rock vocalist ever I think
Also, one of the best rock rhythm guitarist too

James at 6:51 followed by the solo is the most epic thing ever

Metallica you in their prime no doubt! Amazing!!
Always wondered what James says after 6:52
4:57 mmmhmmm it looks Is true the old James voice was fading
Seattle 89 performance was amazing but this one tops it as the best in my opinion
Epicoooooooooo

Metalice Rocks
🤗🇺🇸
Lars goes wild. Hell yeah 🤟🏻
I wonder what the actual audio sounded like
Not much different, Surely they corrected shit as it is a live album, although Metallica was pretty much in it's live prime in '93
Any one else notice that creepy form of whatever the hell that may be at 6.22 trippy lol
Btw it happens behind him when the explosion of smoke goes out forms into a human shape
such a shame i wasn't even an sperm or a thought when they came to México that year
So powerful...so clear. Fuckin coronavirus
Is this a concert or CNN coverage on war on Iraq...😂😂😂
