failure, rejection and being uncomfortable are all necessary to overcoming one’s biggest fears in life and if one accepts all of them not as a loss but as a way to learn and better themselves they will become unstoppable. “i never lose, i either win or learn” - nelson mandela
It was nice of you to touch on this very important topic. I’m glad you listened to yourself and found happiness outdoors. I’m sorry to hear your dad is very unwell. It’s good to hear cousin J is rebuilding relationships and doing much better :)
Thanks Diana, I always appreciate your words. About cousin J, I sent you a private message regarding him on Instagram and not sure if you got it. In any case, hope you're having a beautiful week :)
Thanks for sharing Ryan! I am in awe for how you were able to follow your own path and have the presence of spirit to keep dancing through life and adapt and move past, (the sins of our fathers) and become such a capable independent human being. We all have our, (crosses to bear) and yours has clearly not been an easy one. Good on you for having had the courage follow your own way of life. Happy new year! #stayepic
We all certainly do share the challenge of being human, some of us with strange and and seemingly treacherous paths, but yes, we all have the power to adapt and at the very least dance! Thank you so much Marco, always appreciate your comments and hearing your thoughts. Wish you and your channel nothing but bright things this year!
@@ryfree Yes! Thanks! You too! Hoping 2023 will be the year we make some serious digitals ripples in the fabric of reality and improve the UA-cam space for generations to come! #stayepic
Not all mistakes are bad.. learn ...move on. Growth can only come from pushing beyond a comfort zone. Hope your New Year is off to a good start. Keep up your talks! “So that's my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody's ever made before. Don't freeze, don't stop, don't worry that it isn't good enough, or it isn't perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life.” ― Neil Gaiman
That's a wonderful quote, I especially like the 'don't freeze' part as that is usually where my troubles begin in almost any undertaking. Thank you Mike!
@@ryfree Freezing is normal..... it just takes practice to push past that ...... teaching and your youtube shows that you push past most of that... great job!
Sounds similar to my father's experience. I don't trust psychiatrists at this point. Three different psychiatrists nearly killed my father three times, and took ZERO accountablilty. In treating him for anxiety, one of them had my dad taking 17 different meds. He could have been an extra from a zombie movie at one point. Good thing he had just enough of himself left to wake up one day and dump all tose damn the pills down the toilet. Within a week of that he got better, and proceeded to find a new psychiatrist. Those other crooks totally took advantage of a sick man for profit. I'm pretty sure my dad could have taken them to court, but he didn't have the fight left in him.
I think a lot of health care (including mental health) is so systematized and formulaic that doctors often simply follow an equation they were taught and forget to evaluate their patients as individual humans. Glad your father woke up out of that nightmare situation. Thanks for sharing.
