  • We present our 'Talanoa Kaungafononga' series. This is a conversation on journeying along with one another or in the Tongan language, Kaufakataha or Fetokoni'aki.
Our 10 week series consists of videos with counselling tools to educate Tongan people on discrimination, prejudice and mental distress. The programme will be in Tongan and English.
Today, we launch Part 5: Discrimination in school and work, Laulanu pe koe fakahilihili'i 'i he Ako moe Ngãue. In this video, Penisimani and 'Ilaisaane are joined by Dr. Siale Foliaki. Together, they discuss personal experiences of discrimination of racism and discrimination and healthy responses when experiencing this in school and work.
We hope our series resources you all and raises your awareness of discrimination in your community.
