However, Bill Sarto yells at board and audience for talking about illegal immigration, and wants to talk more about his political opponent, Paul Humpher, convicted for battery of his wife. This was a major local issue for more than a decade because they were all being assholes. None of it was something that this town had any business debating or being concerned about. Local towns don't have their own foreign polices.

It's possible to recognize that Bill Sarto is the worst board president possible ever without also supporting wife-beater Paul Humphrey, who's wife, admittedly, did cheat on him with his running mate's son on the night he won his election. Which is kind of fucked up. But, honestly, Sarto clearly doesn't actually care about Humphrey's conviction except for political grand standing. He's a weasel with no sense of integrity.

Bill Sarto is at least an entertaining buffoon. He clearly demonstrates affliction with the "Delusions of Grandeur" rudely bullying citizens and other members of the panel. But he does it in such a way that he makes good entertainment for UA-cam. It seems all the other members are united against him, so I don't understand why they don't take some action to remove him as the Chairman, at least, or as a panel member completely.
I'll thank you to refer to him by the appropriate title of President.
