Local Law Enforcement there doesn't do much due to various reasons ie: corruption, lack of manpower etc... Next step is if you have the scammers personal info tell the parents/Grandparents... OR just take out ads in the papers and tv. Public shaming is a powerful tool. I'm a police officer and I'm tired of taking these reports where people are scammed anywhere from $700 to seriously $150,000.
