Webber was mega in the 2000s, he was a team player too. He was the driver closest to MSC in mindset, they had a lot of mutual respect too. It's a shame he never drove for Ferrari, he was the type of driver to get the team behind him and would have fit Ferrari massively. He was really overdelivering in qualy with that Jag, even a front row!
One area in which I feel needs almost a separate mini chapter in this video, is his entry into very slow corners. If you can find it, look at Monaco T5 at Mirabeau, Monaco Rascasse, and Hockenheim T8 are examples that jump to mind. . He has this weird way of braking hard for the corner, and NOT trailing off the brakes on the initial turn in. He would just turn the wheel in and almost "bear" with the front slip, almost just having blind faith in the car eventually biting at the front. It was almost a manifestation of what Alonso did in his Renault days with the front-slide technique, but with a smoother steering input
His bravest move was on his buddy Alonso going one-handed 🤚thru Eau Rouge at Spa 🇧🇪 at full bloody speed! 😮 Possibly the bravest thing i saw live on tv 📺 😮
Hey Wolfe, this comment will probably be quite unpopular but, why don’t you charge for your analysis of driving style? Even if it was a couple of dollars/pounds/euros, it’s something I’d happily pay for! There are other UA-camrs like Suellio Almeida who are charging quite a lot for their services, and I think it’s only fair granted your knowledge!

Istanbul Turn 4 to 8 as well.
@@purwantiallan5089 I'm not sure I follow... T6 and T8 aren't even braking corners?
He was rapid over one lap. An underrated qualifying master
And as a ‘Strayan, it was only natural for me to build my driving style around Mark Webber
Mark Webber's driving style in 2004 is as aggressive as Lando Norris 2023.
Underrated driver is Webber, really really quick over a lap.
Piastri and Russell also are quick over a lap.
@@purwantiallan5089Russell yes but not piastri.
Not bad for a number 2 driver!
this makes me miss karting, cause this is kinda how i tried to drive.

Confident to say the least!
Yeah, I remember he had a steel balls.
