Brenda, the back 'massage' is always the best part. You used to really focus on the *discovery* and *release* of tightness/hypertonicity/scar tissue in the back. However, it seems you've more recently really put this part into overdrive which doesn't allow us to enjoy the process of gradually identifying, targeting and working out those areas. For people with back issues this is a really cathartic experience, odd as that may sound. This video, for reference and contrast, is one of your more extended back 'massages' which we enjoy.
With that said, there is a reason why I'm a subscriber. Thanks for everything.

Yes my mid/upper back has been wanting to be cracked for several weeks now but I can never quite get it
Christopher Pape try this trick I use to crack mine! I roll up a towel tightly and place it on the floor a few inches lower than a pillow. I sit up and stretch my back with my hands, then carefully fall back onto the towel. Make sure to align it so your head lands on the pillow. Works every time! I’m almost positive there are UA-cam videos with this technique!

i love how in between sessions they talk about the real situation of women in social media, she doesnt make contents related to her feet but ppl kept on asking for photos of it and that is plain ass weird and creepy and disgusting. Asking for feet pictures from anyone should not be tolerated not unless consented by the owner of the pics but it still doesnt take away the fact that itbis weird and disgusting.
This is just one of the many forms of harrassment and objectification women face on the internet.

WoW her back was pretty bad in the beginning. My back is probably pretty similar. My trap & lower back are pretty sore & stuck. Hopefully after lockdown ends I can get it worked on. Most of the adjustments etc you do are so different than what other chiropractors do.
