Apologies for cutting off a lot of the bottom of the cards...also, please keep in mind this was only my second submission to PSA and have learned a bit more about the whole process since submitting.
How is it ridiculous when you can't even see the card up close and it's on a computer screen. Nevermind the fact that the surface grading requires a specific angle of light to see it..
You should try TAG !. At least you can see why you got the grade you got!. And they also don't upcharge you high end cards because you get a 10 in their slab!. Great video!
Dang they slammed you with 7s. Glad you got the 10 on Goocherov. Maybe invest in one of those magnifying glasses on the arm and pair it with a strong light when you're reviewing your submissions before sending them out - haha 😆
You need to use a loop that will magnify the corners,/edges then turn the lights off and use a lamp to check the surface, using the lights reflection, both sides. Be very critical of the card your examining, do all that and that could reduce ur PSA 6-8 results
Thanks 😊 ...although I've been hanging out on the mainland for most of this year I have my ties back in PA. I moved out west just over 2 years ago now and have family on the Island.
They come down on the new cards because they most likely see millions of them every month. More examples, more data. And if people don't like the grade well...they can always buy more product/singles...and send them in for grading.
Thanks for the video, enjoyed as always. This is definitely what terrifies me about submitting to PSA. Maybe some of those truly are 7's, but why? Keep up the great work!
i know PSA is the go to, but this is why i go with Beckett. so when they grade it i know what was causing it to drop. feels like with PSA if someone has a bad day they can just be an ass and just give a bad rating.
@DarinRoche-xm4on Canada. I dropped off cards with PSA Canada at a show, cost for this batch was $28/card (approx US$20). They upcharged on 2 cards (+$60) for a total after shipping & sales tax, to approx $2600.
My bet is if some were cracked out and re-submitted they'd get a different grade. I'm convinced it's a finger or thumb print knocking some down a grade.
23-24 S2 YG quality is terrible. You can almost find corner issues on every single card. Back, bottom left is the most likely spot you will find the problems. Then there is the front, top right edge fiasco. Gotta be super super picky on those.

This is just what I needed to see when prepping a PSA order. Those 7/8’s are ridiculous.
This is my first experience with such inconsistent results, previous submissions went a lot better 🤷

nice haul! sweet jack hughes

Great video. Wish you got some better grades.I'm not big on graded cards myself, too many discrepancies from one grading service to another.

I know Beckett has fallen well below PSA and even SGC, but you have to appreciate getting subgrades from them.
You fixed it. Tho. Good job. Good to no wut to expect
I just got a large submission back. It had 6 different 2022 and newer Young Guns in it...came back all PSA 9 and lower.
What would be your explanation on this? It makes me not want to send in mine for grading.
Had no clue you have ties with PA! I'm born and raised. Love your videos

Fun vid brother! 💪😁🤘

I've previously used Beckett buy find the demand for their slabs has dropped quite a bit from when I used them (15-16, 16-17 era)
I hate the lack of explanation or accountability at PSA..I like the subgrades on Beckett like at least they have to try...
PSA has announced that the grading reports will be available for cards. Not sure when or how much of a premium they'll want but it's coming.
The Glossy Bedard card looked off center
Off centered to the left and looked to the bottom as well.
I didn't know you have an ebay store... just checked it out
Thanks for stopping by 😊
Interested in Kucherov
Oh yeah ! Some big name !
Awesome yeah boy. 🎉
Whatd that cost?
How mush to grade all those?
how much did it cost you to grade all of this ?
Are able to share what the cost was for getting these done? Are you in Canada, or the US?

@@standing0 Awesome, ok - thank you! I am looking at sending through some cards to PSA direct from here on the East coast - Canada.
@agcustom PSA has opened a grading office in Nova Scotia, not sure if they allow direct drop offs though.
Hey man. I would love to buy your zac benson PSA 9 off you! Let me know if you’re willing to sell. I’m on Vancouver island
Send me DM or an e-mail...I will be listing more PSA's on eBay in the coming weeks.
Ud needs to bump up their quality control on these cards, these ygs should not be getting 7s out of packs
My bet is if some were cracked out and re-submitted they'd get a different grade. I'm convinced it's a finger or thumb print knocking some down a grade.
@@standing0 true, they can be picky about that but even an 8 is not good out of a pack
Please Send Again PSA for ya
