I'm also struggling with a lifetime of high cholesterol even though I have a normal weight (BMI of 21) Providers are threatening me with meds. I get one more shot with trying to diet & exercise. We'll see I can pull it off.

The morning is the best time to workout for me also. It’s only time I have complete control of. I love waking at 4:30-5 am and getting my day started.

Your Dr works for the drug companies. Not you. Statins are over prescribed and do more harm than good.
