Hey, try to Change your senior, if you are not getting any positive learning. However observation in court proceedings is the Key to learn court craft !

The biggest task is to find a senior from where you can learn and most time consuming as well , because that is the only thing will decide how early you get succeed. Usually every fresher litigants is facing this, senior don’t give opportunity to juniors. How to deal with it.
