Where were you when you found out John Lennon died?
I was 13 in 8th grade, the only ex Beatle I was familiar with was Paul. We were having dinner and watching the football game when it was announced. I heard Yoko wanted to go to dinner versus going home.

I heard the news on my car radio as I was driving to work.
I believe that he is still proud of what he did. It wasn't just the 'phoney' angle. He was one of those 'Christians' who took serious umbrage with Lennon's 'we're bigger than Jesus now.' In 1971, at a Christian camp, he was going around singing 'Imagine John Lennon dead.' So, this obsession started much earlier, and thanks to American gun laws, he pulled it off. I hope he rots in prison until the age of 100.

He thought Mr Lennon probably the greatest song writer producer in the world (in the Beatles anyway) was a phony who didn't practise what he preached purely based on financial power & fame, obsessed with saving children going over the cliffs, of the rye fields of Scotland in JD, Salinger's book 'Catcher in the Rye' from Scottish poet Robert burns, poem 'When a Body Catch a Body' this killer certainly wouldn't save any one from that, in fact it is the killer saved by his dumb authority, & CIA, who got saved after death tax on Lennon 's estate, someone who (or what) didn't listen to Lennon's, real political views, & constructs of freedom - is just because you've got money & possessions doesn't mean you haven't earned it, or that you're free, least of all from green eyed monster psycho killers..? & sleazebag government frauds if you wanna take out anyone for financial reasons it's corrupt politicians & police, so keep to Mr, whoever ?
