I read about it years ago, and you are correct. They recently found her husband as the suspected individual who was in it for the money she had. Sad, but everything went to his daughters, and they refused to give her only son any of what she had. All because her crooked husband outlived her by a few hours. He was supposed to survive after being shot to look like it was not his doing. I need to go to Hollywood, and look into some more suspicious cases like this. How she chose to be with him is the biggest mystery of all. She deserved a lot better.

Joseph Barsi did not flee from the soviet union in 50-ies, there was no way to that at that time. He was Hungarian.

There was an actress who was in Bonanza, the episode where Hoss and
Little Joe were mistaken for the Slade brothers. Very attractive young
girl who later was shot to death with her husband outside where they
resided. They think robbery was the motive, but in Hollywood, anything
is remotely possible.
That was Jenny Maxwell. I recently heard a podcast featuring her nephew. They actually solved the murder. It was a murder for hire by her husband, who had arranged to be shot too(supposed to be a minor wound) to remove suspicion from himself. Karma was swift...he moved as he was being shot and the supposedly minor wound actually killed him a few days later.

that this was not a random robbery. I find it strange that I was very
doubtful about the circumstances concerning this murder. I read
about it years ago, and you are correct. They recently found her
husband as the suspected individual who was in it for the money
she had. Sad, but everything went to his daughters, and they refused
to give her only son any of what she had. All because her crooked
husband outlived her by a few hours. He was supposed to survive
after being shot to look like it was not his doing. I need to go to
Hollywood, and look into some more suspicious cases like this.
How she chose to be with him is the biggest mystery of all. She
deserved a lot better.
When You're on your way to success, you need to retire from your normal activites you took for granted. Jealousy is lethal.
That poor baby, Judith Barsi. Her gravestone reads "Yup, yup, yup!".
Sad and shows how mentally disturbed so many people are in this country.
Judith Barsi's parents were from Hungary not Russia. They met in the US.
