@@NelsonTraylor I'm not saying a RS is a bad idea but what i am saying is if they are generating revenue a RS won't change a thing but if revenue is below the estimate an RS will be a disaster for investors. Who wants to invest in a company that does their investors dirty? Maybe if they do a RS they might could reward current investors with free shares every time they release more shares to raise capital. Nikola has a great product and strategy for a fueling infrastructure they just need time, money, and lots of good news. I believe they have a competitive advantage but they need to loose Milton. I think the company should concentrate on doing things right and the stock price will recuperate. Also, I think Nikola deserves better PR. We saw a video with the 100th FEV truck. Congratulations! We know Nikola said that will not produce any trucks unless they're ordered. If this is the case why don't we see more communications about who is ordering what it's produced? You need a lot more transparency on what is actually happening on the production line and on sales department. If would have more good PR, the stock price will recuperate without a R/S. A reverse split is not needed for this company on the way to a billion in market cap and very successful and transformative to the future of transportation and energy. What a shame if it does do a reverse split. The stock can easily be traded above $1 dollar without a reverse split but something AND someone is holding it down below $1 dollar. Tesla had its 1 to 4 stock split a couple years ago when it was on its way to $1000 a share. It happened due to volume, manipulation of insiders and social media even by musk himself, and the fact of more insider trading visibility to the individuals and institutions already heavily invested in the stock. If Nikola does the same thing, then they are putting themselves under Musk and Tesla in my opinion. Without a reverse stock split for NKLA true value should be up to $70 dollars. I understand why the stock has been trading very low for awhile (company is still in building/early phase mode). Although to compete with other companies, investors are important and investors that are not 6 figure income earners hate reverse splits.
