Some people are asking why a presenter is needed. Both the BBC and the commercial broadcasters have to have a certain percentage of original material in any programme, In other words they can't just show clips only, so having a presenter generates extra programme time.
Wouldn't the whole point of cutting this down be to get rid of the Rufus Hound filler?
