Hi Carmen, happy vacationing! The HD in my area are quite sad in my area. I have rarely bought any plants there. It's not cared for and selection very small. I went by last week, specifically to buy some horticultural charcoal, after checking online that had stock. Couldn't find it so went to help desk where a sweet young lady was happy help! She called the outdoor guy who said 'I've never heard of that, we don't have it.' She checked online and yes, they had a dozen bags, so she was happy to step away from her register to help. Yep, she found it!

Nice choices at that HD. I’m happy to say my local HD got 3 racks in of cactus & succulents of all sizes this week. I was so excited. I definitely grabbed 4.

Love seeing you visit there and seeing different cacti and succulents.......what a selection! Also, surprised to see the many tropical plants to buy at a place where the humidity level is so so low year round. Do people put humidifiers on there for their plants year round.......just curious, Carmen. It is totally different in Florida with all the humidity :))
Yes, I'm in Arizona and I absolutely must use one in each room my plants are in especially in the summertime.
Yes, I use to have a humidifier when I lived here. Definitely don't need one in Florida.

Yes, I'm still happy in Florida. I don't regret moving there at all.

Yes, they are placed with glue. You can take a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol and rub it on the glue as you pull the flower off.
