Barbell squat is still absolutely king. It is a true full body movement, more so than a deadlift. Unilateral should be first over compound 2 limb movements.
From your experience, how long does it take for the effects of the abdominal muscles to begin? Your picture suggests to me that it takes a long time to gain the abdominal muscles. I am a beginner. I started training about two months ago, five days a week and two days of rest. Sometimes I rest or stop for one to two weeks. I feel slight pain. Very much, at first, this is normal, I know, but after that I did not feel pain or that I was exercising my abdominal muscles, just sweating from effort and fatigue. What do you think? Thank you. I’m having a hard time gaining weight on the scale even though I’m weight lifting, I’m hoping my muscles growing would up the scale. May I ask how much you weigh and your height?
We're not on "gear" girlfriend. Just as we use straps to give us an edge, you gotta try at least a nylon belt. Your PR's and curves will increase; warning, so will your appetite. Yes ill keep buggin...😃 Do you ever daily "split train"? And what if anything do you take as a snackie snack or lunch? Keep in mind, not leaving the gym.... We wana know... P.S. I don't do traps as lifting all around weights gives me traps. And girls have voted that muscle along with calves the ugliest muscle on a guy 🤣
