Absolutely beautiful !!! I made similar macs on Monday, mine were just a bit different. I added the freeze dried powder to my shells, colored with burgundy ME powder. (Half the batch lighter than the other half so you could see the 2 shades) & I did the same buttercream filling the same but without the strawberry powder since it was in the shells. They were delicious!! You decorated yours better than I did ;) Thanks for your tips & recipes !! You do great work !!

Like using tropical flavors, mango, pineapple and banana. Maybe a colour them of the ocean, sand and palm trees. Idk😁 I just enjoy watching your creativity.

I was very curious on where you buy egg white powder? i have never incorporated it in my macarons and they still come out fantastic, however I would love to try it out in one of my attempts to see the way it changes the meringue. we might be encountering an oven issue then. a few questions, did you rest the macarons? Do you have an oven thermometer? What kind of tray do you use for baking?

I tried again this morning and rested the shells much more and used the convection mode in my oven. It worked. Thank you so much for all your help.

it depends on the mat I use, I have mats from 1.5" diameter to 2" diameter.
