I had the same chipper and I can confirm. The feeder roller is useless. The feeder gearbox was leaking oil. The drive belt for the feeder gearbox was easily affected by chips. Overall I am happy to have sold it

I've got one that's 2 weeks old. It will take big branches but it's being powered by a 66hp tractor. But the drive shaft going to the feed roller has dissintergrated after 10 hours use.
