Loving the Margiela denim. You could hem them and tell the tailor to keep the original hem so you don't lose the distressing. I kept mine long though, the cuff is very nice!

so the reason the pants are too long is because its a selvedge denim, meaning it was made on a vintage loom and was only produced at one standard length.you can tell its selvedge from the chain stitch that goes all the way up the leg of the pants, its a self finishing edge ala selvedge.

Now that I think about it yea, I’d say they are slightly tighter yes. Primarily in the thigh area
