Very helpful. Can you please tell me how this asana can affect the eyes? I have high myopia and don’t do head stand as blood flows into the head. But I thought sarvangasan and halasan were fine to do.what do u suggest. Thanks in advance

Hi ,I have a bit of a belly and this makes it difficult, any advice.
start with buttocks on the chair- avoid taking the legs over the head- this will bring on the discomfort.
