    Even though I've learned this in classes more than once, I've come back to this several times to re-orient the details of my practice. This is a perfect iyengar beginners demonstration. So appreciated!

    Very helpful. Can you please tell me how this asana can affect the eyes? I have high myopia and don’t do head stand as blood flows into the head. But I thought sarvangasan and halasan were fine to do.what do u suggest. Thanks in advance

      start with buttocks on the chair- avoid taking the legs over the head- this will bring on the discomfort.

    Why aren’t you demoing how to use the chair as they drop back into shoulder stand??? That’s the BEST
