@@Yodaracing1 thanks mate. Yeah I’m probably going to have a few. One being open air filter or the diesel air box swap with a panel filter? My sister had this diesel box mod on her’s when she had a brand new vxr back in 2007

Glad you sorted , probs the mk4 gsi turbo manifold mate as its stronger and thats what they use as upgrade hybrid i have a mk4 gsi turbo unit in box its done 35k worth alot so kept for 10 year as spare or to sell if a choose
Im Setting up my astra sri turbo and iv just put a new manifold and turbo on it how many turns of preload did you put on the actuator???? Iv put 2 turns on mine do you know ????

I'm so happy I watched this - now I know how the krs stage I core differs from the standard. And it has motivated me. After seeing the leaking valve stems I was a bit depressed. I'm just replacing the core - I'm keeping the compressor housing. I'm thinking of getting the klasen manifold, it's a thing of beauty and has the corresponding price tag. BTW. Kris at krs said lateral play in the turbine shaft is OK.

@@richli808 ahhh didn’t know u wasn’t here in the U.K. I can’t say I know anyone over there 😂 but yea have a look he does it without taking the head off and doesn’t need a compressor it’s really good

Where about are u from mate ? Klasen is a top mani just pricey lol and vinnie did my stem seals I did a vid of him doing it
