Strangely, this is a comfort movie of mine. In my opinion, it's one of PT's most succinct, economical, and understated works. It's also one of his shortest films, surpassed only by Punch-Drunk Love, and always makes me thankful at times when I need a dose of his work, but only have so much time. I appreciate you caring enough to post its score in its entirety.
I agree, it's my favorite of his movies, and one of my favorite movies of all time. The pacing is brilliant; so little happens, but yet, the time goes by so quickly.
But also, in Paul Thomas Anderson's 1999 Movie called Magnolia, it was heard in the opening sequence about Sidney's suicide but homicide. You can hear it closer since there was more sounds that was making the soundtrack almost unhearable.
This music is so smooth it cleared up my acne on me face: thank you so much: I haven’t had a single pimple in 6 weeks since listening to this tune repeatedly. Thank you so much.
Nothin' like that B3 organ to set an atmosphere. On Sundays at an after church dinner restaurant there was this old lady that played B3 organ music like this. "Small town" southern Sunday.
Can anyone tell me where to find the film version of 'Leaving the City'? I feel that the version used in the film (of Sydney watching the videotape) is different, more mellow, maybe the mixing is different? Thanks.

It's an underrated hangout movie. You get to spend a chill night at a casino

Watching Hard Eight for probably the sixth time right now but this time I'm here to save this wonderful score.

Impending Doom
One of the best soundtracks
Where’s the song from the diner in the opening scene, and the little cue that plays when they get up to go back to Vegas?
