Hi Naina, thank you for watching my video, so I would tell you how I started as a road manager, I started through interning (as first an admin and booking staff with Godwin Tom management training program, I also got trained on other Artist management areas) it is one of the ways to get into the company, you would learn and also work with the company and grow. there might not be any available roles but when there is , you might be considered if you did a good work as an intern. Also follow industry leaders, record labels etc via social media, learn from them, from time to time communicate with them, sometimes they post updates on what they need and if you have experience, it is a plus.
